Senior Business Analyst - Federal Real Estate IT Liaison

TCG, a B Corp government contractor, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Federal agency's real estate IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in requirements analysis, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional onsite presence in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will manage business process documentation and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with commercial real estate technology and experience in Agile environments.
