Commercial & Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a  Commercial & Employment Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and employment litigation matters alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and growing practice.

 

What You'll Work On:

• Handling commercial and employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
• Conducting legal research and managing written discovery
• Preparing matters for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
• Working directly with clients and collaborating with partners on litigation strategy
• Coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals throughout the litigation process

 

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial and/or employment litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and local court rules
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission required
