Facilities Planner Specialist Sr

Job Description Looking for an experienced individual to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Core Responsibilities Prepares SOW, Purchase Req’s, and obtains and tracks PO’s. Maintains working relationships with all departments and vendors. Possesses sound understanding of facilities theories and practices. Monitors and maintains facility work order system. Assists with research, development, and recommendations for facility repair and improvement actions. Plans and executes changes (with vendors) to the facility to include furniture installation, office rearrangements, electrical additions, and other changes based on business needs. Assists with the management of the office facility, including but not limited to coordinating service requests with vendors, coordinating employee moves and furniture reconfigurations, and maintaining a floor plan database. Monitors office equipment, obtains quotes and arranges the repair of inoperative equipment by contacting appropriate companies and overseeing repairs. Makes recommendations for vendor products and services. Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Oversees Building Management System for heating/cooling. Works with Janitorial staff to arrange conference rooms for special functions as needed. Has basic understanding of preventative maintenance and asset management. Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English and work effectively with others. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High school diploma + 8 years of experience. Hand tool experience, ability to communicate with other team members and departments both orally and written. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor degree, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto Cad experience, BMS knowledge, and Oracle. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $82,779 - $140,723 (US dollars). This range is based on our market pay structures; individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
