Salesforce Production Support Specialist - Administration & Monitoring

Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: 6-Month Contract, Temp-to-Perm Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Production Support Specialist to provide application support, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain the stability and performance of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. Key Responsibilities Monitor and resolve Salesforce production incidents, service requests, and application-related issues. Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize system downtime. Provide administrative and technical support for Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Troubleshoot issues related to Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and custom Salesforce functionality. Utilize Dynatrace to monitor application performance, analyze alerts, and identify potential issues. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues and improve application reliability. Track incidents, document resolutions, and maintain support records using JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence. Communicate incident status, resolution progress, and service updates to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience , including at least 3 years of relevant Salesforce administration or production support experience. Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, application support, incident management, and troubleshooting. Experience using Dynatrace for application monitoring, alert analysis, and issue identification. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. Working knowledge of Python for troubleshooting, scripting, or support automation. Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence for ticket management, documentation, and team collaboration.
