Business Development Representative (Denver On-site)

• Expected salary: $84,000 - $90,000 OTE (66% Base, 33% Variable) with uncapped variable potential

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Research accounts, identify key contacts, and assess the potential fit for TechInsights’ products or services
• Work with your account team to execute on a territory plan, following up with prospects using outbound calling and emails
• Leverage reports and CRM functionality with a systematic approach to ensure diligent follow-up, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility
• Collaborate with outside sales and product teams to maximize prospect satisfaction and product effectiveness

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role; however, qualities expressing drive, resilience, and passion for a career in sales are more valuable
• Ability/experience working seamlessly as part of a larger team - sales, marketing, and operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cultural awareness when dealing with clients in other world regions
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs; knowledge of Pardot, Outreach.io, and Highspot is an asset
• Strong desire to succeed in sales, particularly in a high-volume, high-upside environment
