Warehouse Clerk Regular Full Time Entry Level Las Vegas, NV, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1482 Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Hourly Warehouse Clerk We are currently seeking an enthusiastic professional individual to build their career with our Warehouse Department as a Warehouse Clerk. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of Warehouse Team with objectives including: Pay: $19/hour RESPONSIBILITIES Daily/nightly/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports Maintain hourly tracker Keep accurate attendance files on all team members Research Outs, Wave work, Door Shipments, Ship confirm, Prioritize work, Invoice shipments, track shortages, distribute load plans. Verify the accuracy of all miss-picks and shorts Provide administrative support for Operations Manager and Supervisors Calculate and provide operation’s payroll data to payroll clerk Record and track coaching and disciplinary measures for operations File and manage documents Manage operations using Manhattan Assign Dock Doors Release work to selectors closely monitoring operation flow REQUIRED Must have previous administrative assistant experience Must be detail oriented and extremelyaccuratewith numbers Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including: Excel – create spreadsheets, knowledgeable on using formulas, must be able to create charts and pivot tables Word – must be able to create correspondence including memos, letters, mail merge PowerPoint and Publisher – must be able to create presentations Outlook – must be able to manage and create appointments for operations leadership team using reminders. Must be able to create and send out emails on behalf of leadership Must be computer literate and able to learn and use company proprietary software Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly Must be able to assist Supervisor with delegation of work duties About us Since 1939, our family has delivered quality and integrity—in our business, our products, and our relationships.
