Drafting Manager/CNC Programmer
Masters Millwork
Location: Madison Heights, MI
A rapidly growing commercial architectural millwork company which fabricates custom plastic laminate and solid surface cabinets, counter-tops, reception desks, and wall panels seeking a full time Drafting Manager/CNC Programmer. This role requires working with the Project Management team on front-end documents until they are complete and provide CNC programming to production team.
- Produce shop drawings in AutoCAD for submittals.
- Provide CNC programming to maintain production schedules.
- Work closely with Shop Foreman to answer questions and maintain production.
- Manage drafting team to meet production goals and schedules.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the architectural millwork industry, 5 years experience in CNC programming, and 3 years experience in AutoCAD. The perfect candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have the ability to visualize fabrication, and the ability to successfully manage a 2-3 member team.
