Client Success Manager

Client Success Manager Acumen Technology is looking for confident and passionate Client Success Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities as a Client Success Team member will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Scheduling and leading regular Strategic Technology Review meetings with assigned clients Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects. Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures. Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base. To excel in this role, you should have: Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for customer success.
