Your day will be fast-paced and varied, supporting multiple team members and helping ensure successful project delivery.Key responsibilities include:Providing administrative and clerical support to the project teamManaging project documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and insuranceHandling calls, visitors, and general communications professionallyCoordinating between departments, clients, vendors, and field personnelProcessing invoices, expense reports, and personnel formsCollecting and reviewing certified payrolls from subcontractorsPreparing reports, correspondence, and project materialsPerforming other administrative duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a project-based settingExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage shifting prioritiesWilling to work significant number of nights and weekendsWhy Trumbull?At PJ Dick-Trumbull-The Lindy Group, our employees are at the heart of everything we build.
