Fitness Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple studio locations within an assigned region. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, ensuring that each studio meets organizational standards for financial performance, operational efficiency, and member experience. The Regional Manager provides direct supervision and mentorship to General Managers, ensuring consistency in execution of company policies, training programs, and promotional initiatives. Room for growth, gas allowance, and bonus off of your studios.
