Mid-Level Litigation Associate — Commercial, Regulatory & Public Law

We are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with strong experience in Commercial, Regulatory, and Public Law matters. The candidate will be responsible for handling litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients before courts and tribunals. Key Responsibilities Handle commercial and regulatory litigation matters. Draft pleadings, notices, contracts, and legal opinions. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage case documentation and compliance requirements. Qualifications LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution. 4-8 years of relevant litigation experience. Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Preferred Skills Experience before High Courts/Tribunals. Exposure to government and regulatory matters. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
