Job Details:

• Location: Asheville, North Carolina
• Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, educational background in healthcare or relevant discipline, zero years of experience required, and the candidate must be licensed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care experience, critical care, procedural skills, nursing education, clinical teaching, competency validation, nurse residency or transition-to-practice training, preceptor development, staff onboarding or orientation, familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality/safety initiatives, survey response work, comfort using education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists.
• Additional Information: The role emphasizes delivering clinical education to staff, supporting unit-based rounding, document education completion accurately, support night, weekend, and hard-to-reach colleagues, and partner with educators and leaders to foster staff development.
