Position Overview We're seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll conduct market research to successfully identify areas of expansion. Analyze competition to develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets. Build and lead a high-performance Sales team. Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Responsibilities Accountable for achieving sales budget for their respective region Develop and grow sales with new business and accounts Direct the efforts, coach and develop sales representatives within their region Work closely and collaborate with logistics and supply chain to optimize distribution in the area Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assigned area Assist President and HR Manager in developing performance goals, professional development plans, succession planning and completing yearly appraisal process Provide support to representatives on escalated customer issues and act as liaison between representative and senior management Work with President and HR to assess headcount needs and assist in recruitment and hiring viable candidates Accountable for positive customer satisfaction metrics within their region Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or related work experience 5+ years sales experience with 3-5 in a leadership role Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines timely Bilingual preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
