Must-Haves

• Active RN license (NC or compact, in good standing)
• 2–3+ years of direct patient care experience
• Comfortable working in high call volume environment (8 hours/day on the phone)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive workflows
• Strong communication skills and patient education experience
• Ability to work onsite until performance metrics are met

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with specialty pharmacy or REMS programs
• Background in patient counseling, medication adherence, or telehealth
• Experience documenting in compliance-heavy healthcare environments
• Motivational interviewing or patient engagement experience

Job Summary
This Telehealth Nurse will support Biologics by McKesson’s Pharmacy Operations team, focusing on patient education and care within REMS and specialty medication programs. This role is highly patient-facing and phone-based, requiring consistent communication with patients to provide therapy education, discuss side effects, ensure adherence, and coordinate medication delivery. The nurse will also be responsible for thorough documentation, reporting adverse events, and collaborating with pharmacy and support teams to drive positive patient outcomes while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
