Premier Cabinets and Countertops is a Central Florida kitchen and bath remodeling company based in Longwood. We design, supply, and install custom cabinetry and countertops, backed by a local showroom and an experienced installation team. We hold a Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRC) license and have built a reputation for quality work and reliable project delivery since 2018.

We're expanding into the trade channel, partnering with other remodeling contractors, designers, and restoration companies who need a dependable subcontractor to own the cabinet and countertop side of their projects. This is a new growth area for us, and this role is central to building it.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Kitchen Design Consultant focused entirely on business-to-business (B2B) sales. Rather than selling to homeowners, you'll build relationships with remodeling contractors, interior designers, and restoration companies who refer or subcontract their cabinet design, sales, installation, and countertop work to Premier.

You'll be the face of Premier to these trade partners, bringing in new accounts, managing relationships, and serving as their single point of contact from design through installation. The right person is part hunter, part relationship-builder, and comfortable talking shop with other professionals in the construction and design trades.

This is a ground-floor role with real ownership. As our trade business grows, so does your book of accounts and your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Develop new trade accounts. Identify and pursue remodeling contractors, designers, kitchen & bath firms, and restoration companies who can use Premier as their cabinet and countertop subcontractor.
• Build and own relationships. Become the trusted go-to partner for your accounts — understanding their workflow, their projects, and how Premier can make their jobs easier and more profitable.
• Manage the design and sales process. Consult on cabinet layouts and selections, prepare designs and quotes, and guide projects from initial concept to signed agreement.
• Coordinate the handoff to delivery. Work closely with our installation and operations teams so that every project you sell is executed cleanly and on schedule, protecting your partners' reputations with their own clients.
• Represent Premier in the field. Visit job sites, attend trade and networking events, and stay visible within the local construction and design community.
• Hit growth targets. Own a pipeline of trade accounts and a clear set of sales goals, tracking activity and opportunities in our CRM.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll have established a recurring base of trade partners who come back to Premier project after project, contractors and designers who trust us to handle their cabinets and countertops so they can focus on the rest of the job. You'll have a healthy pipeline, a growing book of repeat accounts, and a reputation in the local trade community as a reliable, knowledgeable partner.

Required Experience

• Proven sales experience, ideally in cabinetry, countertops, building materials, home improvement, or a related construction/design field.
• Comfortable with B2B and outside sales, prospecting, networking, and self-generating opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; you can earn the trust of other professionals in the trade.
• Working knowledge of kitchen and bath design, cabinetry products, and the remodeling process
• Organized and self-directed, with the discipline to manage a pipeline and follow through.
• Valid Florida driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites, partner offices, and events.

Nice to have

• An existing network of contractors, designers, builders, or restoration companies in the Central Florida market.
• Experience with cabinet design software (e.g., ProKitchen Online or 2020 Design) and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with reading plans, measuring, and translating field conditions into accurate designs and quotes.
