Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Faculty member providing primary care and supervising medical students and residents. This role involves delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, from infants to adults, within a collaborative clinical environment in the Pacific Northwest region.
Job Responsibilities- Provide continuous, evidence-based family medicine services for clinic and hospital patients.
- Manage an assigned patient panel with a focus on quality and patient experience.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate actively in quality improvement, risk management, and policy development related to practitioner services.
- Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
- Fulfill on-call duties as required and contribute to resolving patient and provider concerns.
- Engage in community outreach and support organizational goals and values.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
- DEA certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills across a broad range of medical conditions.
- Proficiency with current technology and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality patient care.
