ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in June 2025 and is a growing team of two with exciting plans to expand. I bring over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as both a team member and on the corporate side before earning the opportunity to become an agent.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University and my MBA from Rollins College. I’m married with two young kids, and family is a big part of what drives the balance and culture we aim to create in our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Culligan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
