HR Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level HR Coordinator. This role will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations for a growing U.S.-based organization.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates to support key processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or people operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support onboarding processes, documentation, and new hire setup
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and internal communications
• Track onboarding, compliance, and documentation deadlines
• Respond to employee inquiries or route them appropriately
• Support benefits administration and employee support tasks
• Update HR systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Assist with background checks and employment verification processes
• Coordinate communication between HR, hiring managers, and employees
• Help maintain organized HR workflows and processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, business, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, admin, customer service, or support roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional, reliable, and people-focused mindset
