This role supports efficient daily operations through customer service, accurate recordkeeping, and technician schedule management.**Responsibilities*** Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.* Schedule new and recurring pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.* Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.* Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 6+ months of customer service experience and/or conflict resolution, including phone, email, and SMS communication.* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide customer service.* High School Diploma or GED, preferred.**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co.
