Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring an Interim - Director - Cost Accounting & Revenue Integrity

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Accounting, with 5 years of leadership experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field of study)

Other Details:

• Provides direction for the cost accounting and revenue integrity functions; oversees revenue management in pricing, coding, and the flow of data from clinical applications
• Oversees the cost accounting application, ensuring standard costs are accurately reflected on financial statements
• Responsible for maintenance of the hospital charge master (CDM), ensuring consistency and integrity in pricing methodology and assignment of appropriate CPT codes
• Monitors revenue-producing departments to ensure revenue flow is consistent, accurate, and timely
• Directs and guides staff with full authority of personnel actions
• Accepting local candidates (60 miles)
