Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement and supply chain activities.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline supply chain operations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Supply Chain Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
- A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
