Job Summary Augusta, GA Operations Manager with overall responsibility for planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and operational activities for the department, including management of all staff. Possible relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities Guides employees in their day-to-day responsibilities. Has management control over equipment and personnel. Works directly with customers. Manages all services and supplies with the highest quality and safety. Minimum Requirements 5 years of related experience in NDT. Nuclear and/or casting experience preferred. Prior management experience. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. All Applicants Must Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Comfortable with scheduling upwards of 50 personnel. Conflict management and resolution. Applicants must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Work Conditions Must be able to wear safety equipment as required for personal protection. Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc. Work in confined spaces requiring crawling, stooping, climbing, etc. Work around operating equipment and industrial environments. Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc. Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time.
