Job Details: Are you a seasoned maintenance technician with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician for our 2nd or 3rd shift in the Manufacturing industry. This role is a crucial part of our team, ensuring our production equipment is in top-notch condition, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wiring, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, and multi-craft skills. Responsibilities:

• Performing preventative maintenance on all production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshooting and repairing any issues with the equipment, including mechanical and electrical problems.
• Utilizing your knowledge of wiring and pneumatics to maintain and repair equipment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and practices.
• Responding promptly to any breakdowns or issues with the equipment, and working efficiently to resolve them.
• Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Training other team members on basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with wiring, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, and multi-craft skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues with production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of basic safety procedures and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
