Job Details
Become part of the core Urban Organic's FOH onsite team. You'll have an opportunity to learn internal processes, practices and become part of our team building effort. Event Servers do it all and contribute to the entire guest experience, including setting up tables, serving multiple courses, clearing dishes, and cleaning up afterward. They must be highly attentive, professional, and physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying trays. Strong English communication skills are essential for detailing menu offerings and providing high-level guest assistance.

Role Summary
This position is focused on executing exceptional service at off-site events. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of guest interaction and event maintenance, from initial setup to final breakdown.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of required experience, with a preference for catering, events/hospitality, restaurant service, or fine dining backgrounds.
- Physical: Ability to carry trays, lift 25+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.

- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations: Ensuring all service and storage practices meet health standards.
