Were seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Office Manager to support the daily operations of our preschool while helping maintain a safe, nurturing, organized, and positive environment for children, families, and staff. In this role, the Office Manager will help ensure smooth day-to-day school operations, support licensing compliance, assist with family communication, and manage a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep the program running effectively. The Office Manager plays a key role within the school community and helps ensure the center operates professionally, efficiently, and successfully each day. Why youll love working with us

- Track and maintain required documentation such as immunizations, health records, staff certifications, and training requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct routine file audits to ensure all records remain complete, current, and licensing-ready.
- Assist with billing support, tuition processing, and maintaining accurate financial or enrollment records as needed.
- Monitor classroom supply levels and assist with ordering, organizing, and distributing materials and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential child and staff files in compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies.
- Support enrollment processes, including application paperwork, waitlist management, and family onboarding.
- Willingness and ability to step into classrooms as needed to support ratio requirements, assist with break coverage, and help maintain a consistent and supportive classroom environment when necessary.
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or operations management, ideally within a preschool, childcare, or educational setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements related to childcare operations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to effectively support staff and families.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced school environment.
- Passion for creating a positive, nurturing, and collaborative school culture for children, families, and staff.
