What Youll Do :

• Be the Hub of Communication : Greet visitors manage calls and ensure messages reach the right people promptly

• Master the Calendar : Coordinate and maintain the Directors schedule keeping commitments organized and on time

• Own the Details : Prepare reports manage correspondence and maintain accurate records for payroll training and vendor contacts

• Keep Operations Flowing : Organize departmental files track inventory and support purchasing needs

• Drive Team Success : Assist with meeting planning special projects and cross-functional collaboration to keep the Food & Beverage division running at its best

• Champion Excellence : Promote teamwork uphold safety standards and maintain a polished professional work environment

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include :

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative roles preferably in food and beverage operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma or equivalent
