About the Practice

The practice is currently staffed by two highly skilled OB/GYN physicians along with an excellent support team. Over the past 23 years, it has established a robust patient base serving women in the Northern NJ region. The facility is situated in Ridgewood, NJ, with deliveries and gynecological surgeries performed at The Valley Hospital. This hospital features a Level III NICU, hospitalist support, advanced robotics for specialized gynecological surgeries, and an OB/GYN residency program that commenced in July 2024. This position is an excellent opportunity for both graduating residents and experienced physicians looking to join a growing practice in a prime location, offering a fulfilling career in various aspects of women's health.

Practice Highlights

• Hospitalist support, Level III NICU, and robotics for specialized gynecological procedures provided by Ridgewood Valley Hospital.
• Established practice with a solid patient base built over two decades.
• Average clinic patient census of approximately 25 per day.
• On-call schedule includes 1 day per week and 1 in 6 weekends, with a post-call day off.
• Experienced physicians available to mentor new graduates or less experienced physicians, facilitating a smooth transition into private practice.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including part-time or full-time positions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary for Board-Eligible Physicians: $325,000
• Starting salary for Board-Certified Physicians: $375,000+
• Initial vacation entitlement of 4 weeks.

• Eligibility for a collections/productivity -based income model after two years with the practice.
