Real Estate Regional Manager - Clifton, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMWorking in close partnership with the Regional Patient Services leadership team, the Regional Real Estate Manager is responsible for executing our regional growth strategy. This position leads the end-to-end real estate lifecycle—from site selection and lease negotiation to project management and portfolio optimization—for our Laboratories, Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Rapid Response Labs (RRLs), and Logistics Hubs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who thrives under pressure, excels at managing multiple simultaneous projects, and acts as a strategic partner to align real estate operations with our broader organizational goals while improving customer and employee satisfaction.Pay range: $88,750 - $159,850 / yearSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Experience reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
