Home Health Operations Director (Registered Nurse) - $10K Sign on Bonus! HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Home Health Operations Director with one of the nation's leaders in post-acute home healthcare services in Lombard, IL. Daily Responsibilities For The Home Health Operations Director Runs the day-to-day operations for a home health/hospice territory or branch, making sure patients are being cared for, staff are scheduled and supported, visits/admissions are covered, and the office is operating smoothly. Handles the business side of the branch, including watching census/referral growth, staffing levels, budgets/P&L, expenses, and overall performance while partnering with clinical leaders, sales/referral teams, and the community. Will have direct P&L responsibility, including oversight of branch financial performance, budgets, revenue, expenses, staffing costs, and margins. Required Qualifications for the Home Health Operations Director???????: Illinois RN license required 3+ years of senior manager or director level experience in home health care Experience in business and fiscal functions Must have experience with P&L Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Benefits for the Home Health Operations Director???????: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance FSA & HSA Options 401(k) with Company Match 6 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays (based on hire date) PTO: 15 days (1–5 years), 20 days (5–10 years), 26 days (10+ years) Shift Details: Monday–Friday, typically 8am-5pm - No nights or weekends!
