Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all departments including retail, food & beverage, lodging, guest services, and maintenance to ensure smooth, high-quality operations Drive Financial Performance: Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet revenue and profitability goals Support & Develop Leaders: Partner with and support department managers to help them succeed, providing coaching, guidance, and resources while fostering accountability and strong team performance Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and product quality across all areas Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to company standards, safety programs, and all regulatory requirements; serve as Responsible Safety Officer Partner with Corporate & Stakeholders: Collaborate with corporate leadership and park partners to address challenges and implement best practices Qualifications Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or multi‑unit operations Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and driving profitability Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a hands‑on approach Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Strong focus on guest service and team development Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and POS systems Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 5–7+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or multi‑unit operations Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
