Bark Barbecue is seeking an experienced Service Bartender to join the team at our wine bar, located within our new 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick).
Our wine bar features a curated wine program and a beverage menu focused on pushing the boundaries of mixology through wine-based cocktails, thoughtful ingredients, refined presentation, and exceptional hospitality.
Position: Service Bartender
Service Bartenders play a critical role in executing Bark's beverage program, preparing cocktails, wine-based drinks, and other beverages with precision, consistency, and efficiency while supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
Ideal Candidates
• Previous bartending experience required with a strong understanding of classic cocktails and cocktail techniques
• Experience preparing garnishes, syrups, infusions, and cocktail mise en place while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong attention to detail and consistency
• Wine knowledge, wine service experience, coffee experience, or barista experience are a plus but not required
