Distribution Associate- 2nd Shift

We are looking for a hardworking, driven team member to join our Production Team. You will be cross‑trained across departments and may be assigned to a permanent department based on your skills and the needs of the Operations team. Key Responsibilities Operate machines or tools in the area, including drill presses, miter saws, and table saws. Read and execute sales orders to prepare raw material by cutting to specified width and length. Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders. Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast‑paced environment. Shift: Monday – Thursday 4 pm – 4 am Requirements Ability to read and understand work orders. Understanding of technical drawings and schematics is a plus. Proficiency in standard hand tools is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
