Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description Job Description HSA & Associates, Inc. provides structural engineering services for a variety of projects including e-commerce business parks, distributions centers, office buildings, sound stages, parking structures and others throughout the United States. We are made up of 60 + employees and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our very dynamic and fast-growing team inWest Covina, CA. Position/Job title may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years (Entry-Level); 3+ years for more experienced levels as a Structural Engineer BS or MS in Structural Engineering California SE license is a plus Experience in seismic design Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types Experience in Tilt-Up is a plus Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types Familiarity with codes and standards applicable to the design and construction of major building projects located in California Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage small to large projects and engineering teams We are looking for Structural Engineers with experience in these areas: Mass Timber Experience Seismic Retrofit Experience Parking Structures Experience School/Community College Experience Health Care Experience High-rise Experience Concrete and steel structures Our competitive experience-based compensation package includes: Competitive Salary Company paid insurance (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) 401(k) Profit Sharing Paid holidays Vacation Sick time All employees are required to get temperature checked at the door and to complete a wellness questionnaire.
