Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to support sales activities through online communication, prospect follow-up, and relationship building. This part-time remote position is suited to someone who enjoys communicating with people, identifying potential business opportunities, and contributing to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and respond to sales inquiries.
• Explain available products or services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in coordinating sales meetings and next steps.
• Work toward established sales and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
