Social Media Coordinator + Content Creator

Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas is seeking a creative, highly motivated Social Media Coordinator + Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office position focused heavily on content creation, short-form video production, and social media growth for a rapidly growing plastic surgery practice. This Position will report directly to our Marketing Manger. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, aesthetics, beauty, and storytelling through engaging content. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience filming, editing, and producing high-performing social media content. Ideal start date is July 27th.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Film and create daily social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, patient journeys, educational content, trends, and office culture. Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the practice’s brand and marketing goals. Assist with social media planning, posting, captions, and content calendars. Monitor trends, audio, and viral content opportunities within the aesthetics industry. Engage with followers and maintain a strong brand voice online. Collaborate with surgeons and staff to create creative, educational, and conversion-focused content. Assist with photography, reels, before-and-after content, graphic design and marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years experience with content creation and video editing required. Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will be considered. Experience growing Tik Tok highly preferred, Paid Ad Experience highly preferred. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and content strategy. Must have a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail. Comfortable filming in a clinical/surgical environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in aesthetics, beauty, fashion, or plastic surgery preferred. Must provide examples of social media work, editing, or content portfolios.
