24/7 Help Desk Specialist — Security-Cleared Support Pro

MCKINNEY & MCKINNEY TECHNICAL is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to deliver 24/7 support from its Woodbridge, VA location. You will handle Tier I incidents, assist users via phone, email and remote tools, and document resolutions in Remedy. Responsibilities include first-call resolution, troubleshooting across network, VPN, software and hardware, and coordinating repairs as needed.
