Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health care in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This is a weekend start of care position based in Anne Arundel County. Positions are available full‑time or part‑time. Home Health experience is required. The role offers a flexible schedule, 1:1 care and a healthy work/life balance. Base pay ranges from $55.00 to $62.00 per point depending on qualifications. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in MD. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program with diploma or transcript. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
