Our Asset Management division oversees a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels and marinas in premier destinations across the United States including Nantucket, Newport, Orlando, Boca Raton, the Florida Keys, New Orleans, Chatham, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically driven Asset Management Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to hotel operations, real estate finance, investment strategy, and ownership-level decision-making within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You'll work alongside senior leadership and play an active role in managing a nationally recognized hospitality portfolio while developing the skills and experience necessary for long-term growth within the organization. As an Asset Management Analyst, you will support the Asset Management team in maximizing portfolio performance and driving value creation across a diverse hospitality platform. Responsibilities include: Analyzing hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks Evaluating key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Preparing investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership Monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities Maintaining asset management databases and ensuring accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation Reviewing hotel operational reports and synthesizing insights for the broader Asset Management team Assisting with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements Participating in high-level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates Supporting refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation Assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross-functional coordination Contributing to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications Exposure to a nationally recognized hospitality and real estate platform Opportunity to work directly with senior executives and ownership Diverse portfolio spanning luxury, branded, independent, resort, and marina assets Hands-on experience across asset management, acquisitions, refinancing, and operations Clear opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the company Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions will have visible impact Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field 13 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required (hotel asset management, hospitality finance, real estate private equity, consulting, or related analytical roles) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, real estate, and long-term career growth within the industry Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Disability Insurances Supplemental Life Insurances Identity Theft Protection 401(k) with Company Profit Sharing Paid time Off and Holidays AMAZING HOTEL DISCOUNTS!
