About the Role

A minimum of 5 years of senior-level operations experience in a large medical group is required. The successful candidate will have a history of recruiting, developing, and retaining strong operational leaders, as well as a background in working closely with physician leaders to align clinical and administrative priorities. Experience in multi-site or multi-regional medical group environments, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence and efficiency across all functions, are essential. The role also requires a leader who can build and empower high-performing teams, and who is adept at sustaining organizational health and performance in complex environments.
