Senior Manager, FP&A

Our client, a growing omnichannel CPG company, is building out its Finance function and looking for a Finance Manager to own demand forecasting and financial planning at the SKU, customer, and channel level — reporting directly to the company's CFO. This is a rare opportunity to build FP&A and demand planning infrastructure from the ground up, sitting at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. You'll work directly with executive leadership, and you won't just be reporting numbers — you'll be expected to challenge assumptions, pressure-test the business, and influence decisions in the room. This position requires working onsite five days per week at our client's office in the Glendale area. What You'll Do Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning Build rolling demand forecasts by SKU, customer, and channel in partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing Drive the S&OP process and improve forecast accuracy through statistical analysis Analyze pricing, trade spend, promo ROI, and customer/channel profitability Build the financial models behind new product launches, assortment decisions, and channel expansion Design and automate dashboards and reporting that give leadership real visibility into the business Help select and implement the systems that will scale with the company (ERP migration planned within the next 12 months) What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Demand Planning, or Corporate Finance Demand planning experience at the SKU and channel level — this is a must CPG, food & beverage, retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel modeling; ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar); BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) a plus; SQL a plus Excellent communication skills — you'll be presenting to and pushing back on executives regularly, so this isn't optional Why This Role Direct mentorship from a CFO who’s genuinely invested in developing this person Ground‑floor opportunity to build FP&A and demand planning from scratch High visibility, high impact, real growth trajectory in a scaling company #J-18808-Ljbffr Conexus
