With a commitment to providing high-quality treatment primarily for patients with private medical insurance, our state-of-the-art 5000 square feet facility is designed to accommodate various therapeutic disciplines, emphasizing a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Our team comprises experienced professionals dedicated to creating individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Work Environment

The work environment at Great Marshall is collaborative and supportive, where you will interact closely with a skilled team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our onsite rehabilitation center promotes a culture of continuous learning and professional development, making it an ideal place for motivated individuals seeking to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The typical workweek is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and collaboratively set treatment objectives that align with their personal health goals.
• Efficiently manage a patient caseload, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality care and attention.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to promote optimal recovery.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's condition, ensuring the inclusion of innovative therapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients on alternative solutions to medications and invasive procedures, thereby emphasizing evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Provide motivation and encouragement throughout the healing process, empowering patients to achieve their functional abilities.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care and address complex healthcare needs.
• Document all patient care services accurately and thoroughly, utilizing EMR software platforms such as WebPT, to track treatment efficacy.

Many of our clients are motivated adults seeking to enhance their physical performance, alleviate pain, and achieve their wellness goals through dedicated rehabilitation programs tailored specifically to their lifestyles and functional needs.

Qualifications

• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with a clean record of no disciplinary measures against your professional license.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques as well as developing personalized exercise regimens for diverse patient populations.
• Capable of efficiently navigating and utilizing EMR software for streamlined documentation and patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Skills in alternative therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to aquatic therapy, sports rehabilitation, and vestibular therapy, are highly regarded.
• Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
