Position: Associate Dentist
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package with our private practice client.
FFS/PPO opportunity with a July start date.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages. This includes performing routine cleanings and exams, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities and gum disease
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active state dental license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
