About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our team at Greendale Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care, staff engagement, and overall facility performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Manage budgets, supervise staff, and make key decisions to drive operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
