Commercial Lines Client Service Associate

A well-established and growing insurance firm is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Service Associate to support a collaborative commercial lines team in Vermont. This role is ideal for someone motivated to grow a long-term career in insurance while learning from experienced industry professionals in a highly supportive environment.

Prior insurance industry experience is preferred, but individuals with strong administrative, customer service, or client support backgrounds who are eager to learn commercial insurance are encouraged to apply.

The Job:

• Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day-to-day client service activities
• Assist with policy reviews, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and client documentation
• Help maintain accurate client data within agency management systems such as Applied Epic
• Respond to client questions and provide timely, professional customer support
• Assist with billing inquiries, compliance documentation, and marketing support activities
• Learn commercial insurance coverages, carrier relationships, and account management best practices through hands-on mentorship and training
