Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,261–$1,323 per week Contract duration: 14 weeks Shift: 4×9-hour rotating Start date: 05/25/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities Maintain sterile field and aseptic technique per AORN standards during procedures. Prepare instrument sets and select equipment based on the procedure, patient history, and age. Open and handle sterile supplies; perform proper hand scrubbing, gowning, gloving; set up sterile field and assist in proper draping of the patient. Maintain instrument counts; follow count procedures and initiate corrective actions if counts are incorrect; assist in medication preparation with proper labeling when applicable. Collaborate with the medical, nursing, and ancillary staff to support safe patient care; monitor the surgical environment for safety and cleanliness; mentor new staff as needed.
