Outpatient Therapist

Role Description The Outpatient Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing person-centered treatment plans. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with internal and external providers to coordinate care. Additional duties include maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation, participating in case conferences and team meetings, and contributing to community-based outreach and support efforts. Qualifications Clinical skills in Treatment Planning and Psychology to assess needs and develop individualized care plans. Background in Social Work and Case Management to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and navigate community resources. Experience with Family Therapy to engage families or support systems in treatment and promote healthier relationships. Relevant licensure or eligibility (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong interpersonal, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills, with commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Ability to manage a caseload, work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and use electronic health record systems. Experience in community mental health or substance use treatment settings is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
