Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) | Madison, NC
I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Madison, NC area seeking two Production Supervisors to join their leadership team. This is a hands-on, working supervisor position where you'll lead production employees on the floor, drive safety and productivity, and help ensure daily operational goals are achieved.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach production team members on the manufacturing floor
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency
- Track production metrics and incentive data using Excel
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
- Support daily scheduling, workflow management, and team performance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- High school diploma required; degree is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Typical start time: 5:30 AM until production is complete
- 100% onsite in Madison, NC
- $55,000-$65,000 salary range
