What You'll Do: As a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, parts, and finished products are accurately tracked, organized, and shipped to customers. Responsibilities include: Maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse stock. Coordinating with Purchasing and Production teams regarding materials and orders. Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damage, and recording inventory transactions. Picking, packaging, and preparing products for customer shipment. Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation. Keeping warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe. Assisting with additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependability and strong attendance record Willingness to learn new skills and processes Purchasing or inventory experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both at work and at home.
