Digital Marketing Intern

Effct.org is a small but mighty full-stack digital agency; strategic consulting, content creation, and advertising campaign management. We help outstanding organizations, government agencies, and companies that achieve their goals and positively transform their communities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an intern to join the Effct.org team for a 10-week internship. This position will be at least 30 hours per week, based in our Downtown Denver office, and pay $20/hour. We’re mostly looking for college seniors and candidates who would be interested in transitioning into a full-time role after the internship, contingent on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft pieces of engaging, beautiful, and effective creative content for clients Support with scheduling creative materials on Meta Business Suite and monitoring comments and messages Stay up-to-date on the trends and best practices in digital advertising Conduct research on potential clients, products, and best practices Support team to onboard digital client

YOU WILL BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

Are passionate about making a difference at the micro and macro level Are eager to learn all of the inner workings of a digital agency Are agile and able to shift between different projects with ease Are self-motivated and open to learning new things Have great organizational skills using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides Have created unique content for Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube Have experience with graphic design, copywriting (captioning social posts), and/or video editing.
