Department Overview

We currently have an opening on our team for a Payroll Process Support analyst. This role will be responsible for application administration and providing daily support to the broader GBS People teams, including support of Payroll, Garnishments, Payroll Tax and Total Rewards. The role offers many opportunities to work with a variety of stakeholders, such as employees, Human Resources and Legal to solidify requirements, ensure compliance and provide business solutions.

Duties

• The ability to solve complex situations that arise, along with the ability to analyze the root cause of the problem and identify sustainable solutions.

• Analysis, modification and testing of application configurations to support day-to-day processing as well as projects and initiatives

• Manage key relationships with internal partners and provide ad-hoc support of data and analytical requests.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams and service providers to develop and implement enhancements and changes (new programs, changes in Federal, State and Local taxes and laws, process improvements, etc.), including the development of training and communication materials.

• Develop business cases aligned with, and in support of corporate and departmental strategies and goals.

• Resolve routine and non-routine problems ranging from restaurant crew to the highest level executives.

• Support of major processing events such as bonus payments and year-end earnings and general ledger closes.

• Manage and maintain user access and controls, including business roles and segregation of duties.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree

• Knowledge Oracle Cloud - Payroll experience

• Knowledge in Payroll environment

• 3+ years of experience analyzing information

• 3+ years of experience solving problems at work

• 3+ years of experience working, implementing, troubleshooting or managing applications

• 3+ years of experience with identifying process efficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions

• Must be willing to accommodate non typical work hours such as evenings and weekends

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 USD per year
